Mixed Green Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette

Soak dried cranberries in hot water 10 min, puree in blender.

Whisk together with rest of the ingredients.

Peel and separate the mandarin oranges.

Add the shredded kohlrabi, the diced apples, the cranberries and almonds.

Toss with the honey and lemon juice.

Garnish with alfalfa sprouts and avocado.
