
Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 4 - 6 oz water
- Handful greens (red leaf lettuce or chard)
- 2 stalks celery
- ½ avocado
- ½ green apple or 1 small tomato
- 1 - 3 tsp Great Greens powder (Can substitute with spirulina or chlorella.)
- Juice of ½ lime
- Little fresh basil or cilantro to taste
