
Green Bean Toss
Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans
- 1 bell pepper
- 4 - 5 carrots
- 1 medium onion
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley
- Cayenne
- ⅓ cup sprouts, any kind
Description / Directions
Slice all the vegetables in long, thin, julienne slices.
Steam for 10 minutes or until tender.
Toss with the lemon juice and olive oil.
Toss with cayenne and sprouts.
Chill.
Garnish with freshly cut parsley to serve.
