
Asian Veggie Toss
Ingredients
- The sky is the limit for ingredients in this dish, a great recipe to use up leftover vegetables!
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3 carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cup bok choy
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup soaked sunflower seeds
- 1 small onion
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 pieces kelp seaweed
Description / Directions
Slice all the vegetables and the kelp into very thin and long slices.
Toss all ingredients well.
