Day 13 – 6th day of the Master Phase – October 31, 2019
I woke up with tons of energy and I needed it, it was another full day. Yet, I somehow managed to stay right on schedule. Except that I forgot to take some liquid minerals. They seem to help me avoid leg cramps at night. I don’t know why or if they would work that way for others.
I could have never maintained the nearly pace I have my first 3 or 4 cleanses. I am surprised. I will share that my mouth doesn’t taste very good and I am chilly other than that I feel great!
I promised to share some of the goals I have achieved through cleansing and eating predominantly alkaline forming foods for 30 years now. I am going to post that in another entry in the Cleanse Corner.
Day 14 – 7th day and final day of the Master Phase – November 1, 2019
I woke up early bright eyed and ready to roll! After my first shake and morning meditation started what I thought was going to be a more relaxed day but again it turned out to be one thing after another until well after dark. I stayed on schedule but forgot my minerals again! I am impressed with my endurance despite consuming only herbs, broth, and juices for a 7 full days. I experienced this type of energy on juice only fasts but they are not the same as the deep cleansing that occurs with the herbs. I feel my body detoxing even though I no longer release mucoid plaque. That was one of my long term goals. I released a very small piece my last cleanse in the spring. I had 3 or 4 prior cleanses where I didn’t release any as well which caused me to break from cleansing for a number of years.
It has been a wonderful experience. Life played it’s little tricks on me, I thought I was going to have a pretty easy work flow the past 2 weeks which is why I chose this time. As I have already stated, I could not have maintained the pace I have this cleanse in those early years. I am grateful to myself for choosing this lifestyle so many years ago.
Day 15 – 1st day Post Cleanse – November 2, 2019
I started off this sunny Saturday morning smiling that I didn’t have to jump out of bed to have a 6am shake. Although I woke up earlier around 4:30 with muscle cramp in my thigh. I took some cells salts which sometimes help, they did nothing. I went into the kitchen and took some liquid minerals and the cramping had stopped by the time I got back into bed. Again, I have no idea if they would work the same for anyone else. Today I slowly started to break my fast by leaving some vegetables floating in my broth. Later today, I will cut into that Papaya which is now fully ripe on dining room table. I think I will squeeze a bit of lime juice on it too.
