- 4 - 5 medium size carrots
- 3 stalks of celery, with leaves if you like
- ¼ head of a small cabbage, cut into sections that fit your juicer
- ¼ lemon (peel if not organic) (optional)
Description / Directions
Cut the green tops of the carrots and scrub well (you don’t need to peel).
Wash the celery and cabbage.
Juice and add lemon as desired.
